What is your membership cancellation policy?

We believe in earning your loyalty, not trapping you in contracts. All of our standard monthly memberships can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice. Annual memberships offer significant discounts and have a transparent pro-rated refund policy.

Are beginners welcome, or is this only for advanced athletes?

Everyone starts somewhere. While we cater to elite athletes, our community is incredibly welcoming to beginners. We provide complimentary onboarding sessions, beginner-friendly group classes, and a culture of mutual respect regardless of your current fitness level.

Do you provide nutrition coaching or meal plans?

Yes. Training is only half the battle. We have certified sports nutritionists on staff who can build customized macro blueprints, meal plans, and supplement protocols tailored exactly to your body composition goals.

What are your operating hours?

Our facility operating hours are from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The facility is closed on Sundays.

Can I bring a guest to train with me?

Premium and Elite members receive two complimentary guest passes every month. Additional guest passes can be purchased at the front desk for a discounted rate.
